Yonghong Wang

Yonghong Wang is a Deep Learning Engineer at Apple since October 2015, specializing in Large Language Models and Generative AI, among other skills. Prior to this role, Yonghong Wang worked as a Data Scientist at Apollo Group from October 2012 to October 2015, focusing on Machine Learning and Hadoop. Earlier experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Robotics Institute at Carnegie Mellon University from November 2009 to August 2011, where the focus was on Artificial Intelligence. Yonghong Wang holds dual Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from North Carolina State University, completed in December 2009.
