You (Eric) Wu is a Product Design Engineer at Apple, bringing a wealth of experience in mechanical design and energy harvesting systems. With a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and a background that includes roles at Jincheng Mikuni Corporation and Lumentum, they have developed expertise in product quality control, mechanical design, and R&D for fiber optic components. Their notable projects include the design of an innovative ocean wave energy harvester and a robot for NASA’s Robotic Mining Competition.
