Zeyu Chen

Zeyu Chen is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in machine learning and algorithms. Chen's career began as a Research Assistant at Fudan University, contributing to deep learning projects focused on SAR image classification. Following this role, Chen held a Software Developer Internship at X Chip Microelectronics Technology, where the focus was on image interpolation algorithms. Chen then joined NVIDIA as a Software Engineer, developing GPU resource management APIs and internal engineering tools, before advancing to the role of Senior Software Engineer. At Cruise, Zeyu scaled LLM training for autonomous vehicles and migrated the modeling stack from TensorFlow to PyTorch. Currently, Zeyu serves as a Senior Software Engineer at Apple, working on ML compute in the Machine Learning Platform & Technology. Chen holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Fudan University and a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
