Daniela O'Brien

Daniela O'Brien has extensive work experience in the legal field. Daniela currently works as a Consultant Solicitor at Woodstock Legal Services since January 2023. Previously, they served as the General Counsel at Purple starting in September 2021. Daniela also holds the position of School Governor at Buxton Infant School from November 2021.

In terms of their legal career, Daniela worked as a Commercial Lawyer at Co-op from January 2019 until September 2021. Prior to that, they were a Commercial Regulatory Lawyer at Co-op Insurance from February 2016 to January 2019. Furthermore, they served as an In-house Solicitor at Leeds Building Society from June 2015 to January 2016.

Daniela'searlier roles include working as a Solicitor (Regulatory) at Walker Morris LLP from August 2014 to May 2015, and as a Solicitor (Regulatory) at DWF from May 2011 to July 2014. Before that, they worked as a Legal Costs Consultant at Acumension Ltd from December 2010 to April 2011. Daniela began their legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at DLA Piper from August 2008 until August 2010.

Daniela O'Brien began their education at Cheadle Hulme School, where they pursued A2 levels in English Literature, Spanish, and Music from 1996 to 2003. Daniela then enrolled at The University of Manchester and obtained a First Class BA Hons in English & Linguistics between 2003 and 2006. Following this, Daniela attended BPP Law School from 2006 to 2008, where they earned their GDL and LPC degrees in Law. Recently, in July 2022, they obtained a certification as a BCS Practitioner in Data Protection through the BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
