Alvin Sin

Alvin Sin is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution department at Appleby’s Shanghai office, focusing on corporate, commercial, and regulatory disputes across Asia. With over a decade of experience, Alvin has represented clients in high-value arbitration, litigation, and regulatory matters, particularly in the financial services and professional services sectors. Prior to joining Appleby in 2025, Alvin held positions at O'Melveny & Myers, Mallesons Stephen Jaques, and BP. Alvin earned an MEng in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London and a MA (Cantab) in Law from the University of Cambridge.
