Caroline Barton

Caroline Barton has been with Appleby since June 2006, holding various titles including Partner, Senior Associate, and Associate in the Corporate & Commercial practice areas. Caroline has extensive experience in banking and asset finance, corporate finance, bond offerings, structured finance, aircraft financing, subscription financing, CLOs, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions. Caroline is a member of the Cayman Islands Law Society, the Law Society of England and Wales, and the Caymanian Bar Association. Caroline also serves as Deputy Chair and Board Member at the Maritime Authority of the Cayman Islands. Caroline studied at Nottingham Law School and the University of Bristol, obtaining a Legal Practice Course and LLB Hons degree with study abroad.
