Clive Langley

Clive Langley is a Partner in Corporate, Banking and Asset Finance at Appleby, where they have been since 2005. They possess extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, as well as international finance, with a focus on asset-financed transactions in the aviation and shipping sectors. Clive has advised various stakeholders, including investment and commercial banks, leasing companies, and airlines. They previously trained as a solicitor at Weil Gotshal & Manges from 2003 to 2005 and hold a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Birmingham, along with an LPC focusing on Debt Finance and Equity Finance from BPP Law School. Clive is also a regular speaker for Business Bermuda and has participated as a panelist at the Harvard Club in New York.
