Dean Bennett

Dean Bennett possesses extensive experience in the legal field, specializing in financial markets and corporate transactions. With a foundation as an Associate at Baker McKenzie from March 2014 to August 2017, Dean contributed to the Structured Capital Markets team in London, focusing on capital markets, derivatives, and regulatory compliance. Following this role, Dean joined Appleby in September 2017, where advancements were made to Partner in the Corporate Practice Group at the Cayman office, managing a diverse range of corporate M&A, equity offerings, bank lending, and restructuring transactions. Dean holds a First Class Honours degree in Law from The University of Kent and completed the Legal Practice Course with Distinction at the College of Law, Moorgate.
