Elizabeth Smith is an experienced professional in project and portfolio management within the food industry, currently serving as the Associate Director of Project & Portfolio Management at Applegate since March 2022. Previously, Elizabeth held various roles at Applegate, including Senior Project & Portfolio Manager and R&D Manager, where notable achievements included pioneering the Project Management Department and successfully launching numerous new products.
