Lauren Koller

Lauren Koller is an experienced professional in the food science and culinary fields, currently serving as an Associate Senior R&D Scientist at Applegate since April 2021. Prior to this role, Lauren worked as an R&D Scientist at the same company and as a Culinary Product Developer at Taylor Farms from March 2020 to March 2021. Lauren's earlier experience includes serving as a Technical Solutions Specialist at The Food Source International, Inc. from February 2015 to March 2020, and as a Project Manager at Keystone Foods from April 2009 to February 2015. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Cornell University (2004-2008) and a Certificate in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America (2008-2009).
