Matt Nelsen

Matt Nelsen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and management within the agricultural and food supply sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Raw Supply Business Development Manager at Applegate since June 2015, Nelsen leads a team focused on stabilizing and growing raw supply while ensuring adherence to Applegate standards. Previous roles include General Manager at New Modern Concepts, where Nelsen contributed to innovative facility designs for livestock management, and Business Manager at H&R Partnership, overseeing diverse investments. Nelsen also held positions as Business Development Manager at Christensen Farms and Cargill Meat Solutions.
