Michael Fedorak has extensive experience in consumer relations, currently serving as Senior Consumer Relations Manager at Applegate since July 2014. In this role, Michael provides expertise in consumer relations and customer service, further enhancing the brand's commitment to top-class customer experiences across various channels. Prior to this position, Michael held roles at Applegate including Consumer Relations Manager and Consumer Relations Supervisor, focusing on leadership and management of consumer response. Earlier experience includes a position as Office Manager for the Department of Visitor Services at The Museum of Modern Art from May 2008 to July 2014, and Lobby Manager from 2006 to 2008.
