Sean Fisher

Sean Fisher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in demand and supply planning, currently serving as Senior Manager of Integrated Planning at Applegate since May 2018. In this role, Sean leads a team responsible for demand forecasts and production plans while managing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fill rates, inventory, and distressed inventory. Previously, as Demand Planning Manager at Applegate, Sean successfully improved the accuracy of the 12-month rolling forecast from +/- 10% to +/- 4%, developed forecasting KPIs, and facilitated new product development initiatives. Prior experience includes various roles at Unilever, where Sean advanced through positions in demand planning and supply chain operations. Sean holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, both from Quinnipiac University.
