Shaw Civitarese

Shaw Civitarese possesses extensive experience in the food technology and agriculture sectors, currently serving as the Research and Development Manager and previously as Senior Food Technologist at Applegate Farms LLC since June 2015. There, Shaw has led New Product Development for organic and natural meat products such as hot dogs and sausages. Prior experience includes roles at Perdue Farms as an Associate Food Technologist and Research and Development Co-op Intern, where Shaw managed various product development projects. Additionally, Shaw completed two internships at Bauernhof Keller, a family farm in Germany, focusing on sustainable agriculture and farm operations. Shaw holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Natural Resources from the University of Delaware.
