Tim Weis has a diverse background in both education and athletics. Serving as an Assistant Men's Volleyball Coach for the UW-Oshkosh Club Program from January 2014 to April 2017, Tim also held the position of Boys Varsity Volleyball Coach at Appleton West, where responsibilities included running practices and instilling character in players. In the educational sector, Tim worked as a Special Education Teacher focusing on severe autism within the Appleton Area School District from August 2015 to December 2021, utilizing various teaching strategies to support students' development of functional life skills. Prior experience as a Personal Athletic Trainer at Sports Acceleration Fox Valley occurred between January 2006 and May 2007. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
