Kerry Needham worked as a Fund Accountant at State Street Bank & Trust Co. from August 2002 to December 2004. Following that, Kerry joined Appleton Partners, Inc. in December 2004 as a Vice President, eventually moving up to the position of Senior Vice President in March 2023.

Kerry Needham attended Hamilton College from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. In terms of additional certifications, Kerry completed the Investment Foundations Program in March 2015 from the CFA Institute. Kerry also obtained the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP) certification in February 2010 from NRS - National Regulatory Services.
