Applewild School
Devin Dirik is a skilled educator and engineer with a diverse professional background. Currently serving as a Science Teacher at Applewild School since September 2022, Devin previously worked as an English Second Language Teacher at ECC in Japan from April 2019 to April 2022. Prior to this teaching experience, Devin held the position of Post Market Associate Engineer at Insulet Corporation from June 2017 to January 2019. Devin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, where studies were completed from 2013 to 2017, and also graduated from the University of Connecticut High School in 2013.

Applewild School
Founded in 1957, Applewild School is an independent, coed junior boarding (grades 4–9) and day school (toddler–grade 9).
