Simi Don

Simi Don is an accomplished Senior HR Manager at Applexus Technologies, with a career spanning over 17 years in human resources and talent acquisition. Since joining Applexus Technologies in October 2017, Simi has progressed through roles including HR Manager (Talent Acquisition) and Associate Manager-HR (Talent Acquisition). Prior experience includes serving as Manager-Human Resources & Administration and Assistant Manager-HR & Admin at Cronos Consulting India Pvt Ltd from June 2009 to 2017, as well as working as a Senior Executive at Collabera from March 2006 to June 2009. Simi holds an MCA in Computer Science from N I College of Engineering, an Executive MBA in HR from Karnataka State Open University, Mysore, and a BSC in Mathematics from All Saint's College.
