Ray Janson is currently the Sales Director at Applied Ceramics, Inc., where they oversee all sales operations. Previously, Ray held positions at PCC Airfoils as a Product Engineer and Slurry Engineering Supervisor, and at Chromalloy as a Process Engineer and Ceramic Engineer, contributing to process improvements and product development. Ray also served as a Business Development Manager at Applied Ceramics before their current role. Additionally, Ray has experience at SIFCO Industries as a Quality Engineer and at CARBO as both a Foundry Sales Engineer and Industrial Sales Manager. Ray earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Material Science Engineering from Alfred University.
