Starting in production and quality roles at Praxair Surface Technologies from 1988 to 2005, Ben transitioned to sales management at QAI Training, LLC from 2005 to 2008. Following this, Ben served as Director of Business Development at Applied Composites Engineering from 2008 to 2020, and subsequently held the same title at Renegade Materials Corp. - Teijin Holdings, USA from 2020 to 2024. Currently, Ben is the Director of Business Development at Applied Composites. Ben earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland between 1984 and 1989.
