Chris Monroe is a seasoned manufacturing engineer and project manager at Applied Composites since July 2020. Prior to this role, Chris served as a technical project manager at Rolls-Royce from August 2007 to November 2019, where leadership of global engineering teams facilitated the successful completion of product design projects and supply chain management. Additional responsibilities included designing test equipment and overseeing facility enhancements for engine testing, as well as managing local engineering teams for engine design certification. Earlier in the career, Chris held the position of senior mechanical engineer at Firestone Industrial Products and served as a division officer in the US Navy. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, earned in 1996.
