Dale Oliver is the President and Founder of Applied Computer Technology, Inc., where they manage all aspects of business operations and consulting services for over 60 companies. With more than 25 years of experience, Dale co-founded DBSquared and served as a principal partner, leading the company in designing solutions for fair compensation. They also held key positions at ESI Group and McDonald Software Systems, contributing to the development of multiple software product lines. Dale's early career included serving as an avionics technician in the US Navy. Dale holds a BSCSE in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
