Michael Vaganov has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Michael started their career in 2006 as a Software Engineer at LimeLife, where they worked on developing technology to solve cross-platform programming issues. In the same year, they also started working as a Professor of GSP (Games and Simulation Programming) at DeVry University, where they taught and enjoyed their role as a full-time professor until 2015.

In 2014, Michael worked as a Code Coach at theCoderSchool, a job they felt was meant for him. Michael then moved on to Sacred Heart Schools in 2015, where they taught computer science courses and prepared young minds for the challenges of the technology world until 2019.
