Joe Burke

Joe Burke PMP boasts extensive experience in program and project management, particularly within the defense and federal sectors. Currently retired since May 2017, Joe has held significant roles at Applied Computing Technologies, including Senior Program Manager and Program Manager for FEMA's Enterprise Telecom Infrastructure Team. Prior to this, Joe served as VP/Director of ESD at Apptis, leading initiatives for various Army and DoD clients, and managed a large portfolio at EDS, delivering substantial revenue. Joe's military background as a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army contributes to a robust understanding of program management in complex environments. Joe holds an MBA from the University of Utah and a BS in Business Administration from Butler University.
