Dr. Phillip Lester

Dr. Phillip Lester has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dr. Phillip started their career as a Project Manager at P3 Innovation LLC in 2018, where they oversaw a team and provided technical consultancy to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Their responsibilities included documenting procedures, data analysis, and financial reporting.

In 2020, Dr. Lester joined Applied Development LLC as the Director of Operations. In this role, they managed contracts, personnel, and various administrative functions, including customer service, IT, and human resources.

Dr. Phillip Lester completed their Bachelor's Degree in History at the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown from 1984 to 1987. Dr. Phillip then pursued a Master's Degree in Business Management with a focus on Global Management at the University of Phoenix from 2008 to 2010. Later, they obtained a Doctor of Executive Leadership degree in Urban Renewal and Local Governance from the University of Charleston, where they studied from 2014 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Dr. Lester also received a certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in August 2006.
