Kathleen O'Regan

Kathleen O'Regan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in accessibility and advocacy within educational and organizational settings. As the Executive Director of Reasonable Accommodations at Applied Development, Kathleen led initiatives promoting workplace inclusivity, leveraging expertise in ADA compliance. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Applied Development, Coordinator of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services at the University of Virginia, and Senior Accessibility Advisor for Deaf In Government. As a founder and CEO of TRIFORCE IMPACT and Civic Access, Kathleen pioneered communication access initiatives and established socially responsible enterprises. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in American Sign Language - Spoken English Interpreting from Northeastern University and a Master’s Degree in Social Impact from Claremont Lincoln University.
