Brad Barton

Brad Barton serves as the EVP of Development & Construction and previously held the role of VP of Real Estate Development at Applied Digital since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles at DPR Construction from February 2014 to October 2022, where Brad progressed from Project Manager to Project Executive, overseeing various data center and Class A Office renovation projects. Prior to that, Brad led the renovation department at DSW Homes, addressing extensive home renovations following Hurricane Ike. Early experience at DPR Construction involved significant engineering roles, including leading mechanical, electrical, and plumbing testing on a $1.2 billion data center project. Brad began their career with Silverline Security as a Co Sales Manager and Sales Representative. Brad holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University, completed in 2011.
