James Joyce

James Joyce is a seasoned operations and project management professional with extensive experience in multiple industries. Currently serving as Founder of Entrance LLC, a virtual reality solutions and education company since November 2022, James focuses on utilizing advanced technology to enhance operational efficiency. Previous roles include Special Projects Coordinator and Operations Project Manager at Applied Digital, and Assistant Manager of Lean and Operations Excellence at Genpact. James also held the position of Operations Manager II at Amazon, achieving recognition as a “Best in Class Manager” and delivering significant cost savings. Earlier experience includes consulting for Mustang Custom Foods as a Production Management Consultant. James holds a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management and Information Systems Management from Duquesne University and an Associate's degree in Corporate Business Management from the Community College of Allegheny County.
