Katherine Spray

Katherine Spray, CPA, CISA, currently serves as the Assistant Controller at Applied Digital. With over 17 years of experience in IT auditing, Katherine previously held the position of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Lennox International. Prior to that, Katherine worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers as a Manager in Risk Assurance. Katherine holds a BS in Accounting and an MS in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University, and is affiliated with several professional organizations, including ISACA and AICPA.
