Mark Chavez

Mark Chavez serves as the General Counsel of a NASDAQ-listed technology company and has over 22 years of legal experience. Prior to their current role, Mark held positions including General Counsel at Ocean Point Terminals and Assistant General Counsel at PBF Energy and World Fuel Services. They began their legal career as an Associate Attorney at Locke Lord LLP, specializing in energy and commercial litigation, and also served as a Judicial Clerk for the U.S. District Court. Mark holds a J.D. from George Mason University School of Law and has completed leadership programs at Thunderbird School of Global Management and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
