Brian Viscount

Brian Viscount has a diverse work experience in various companies. Brian was the Vice President Biopharma and DNA production at Applied DNA Sciences, where they played a key role in establishing and positioning the company's large-scale PCR DNA production platform. Brian led business development efforts and recruited key customers for nucleic acid-based therapy programs. Brian also led internal teams for design, production, and quantification of amplicons. Brian also served as the Executive Director and Director of Product Management at Applied DNA Sciences.

Prior to that, Brian worked as the Vice President Portfolio Management at Stratix Corporation in 2014 and as the Sr Director of NA Vertical Markets at Motorola Solutions Inc. from 2009 to 2013. At Motorola Solutions, they managed a team of industry experts, acted as a spokesperson for the company, and led cross-functional teams for new product introductions. Brian also published the company's first-ever business plan by vertical.

Before their time at Motorola Solutions, Brian held various roles at Symbol Technologies Inc., including Vice President of Product Management - Mobile Computing Division, Vice President of Product Management - Scanning Products Division, Senior Director of Product Marketing - Scanning Products Division, and Product Manager - Scanner Products Division.

Brian's career started at Grumman Aerospace as a Software Engineer for the F-14D program.

Brian Viscount earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Math from SUNY Oneonta between the years 1979 and 1983. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration in Business from Long Island University, completing their studies from 1995 to 1997.
