John Oleson

John Oleson's work experience includes a role as a Business Development Engineer at Applied Engineering, Inc. since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Strategic Volunteer for various organizations from June 2009 to February 2021. Before transitioning to volunteering, John worked at Excel Engineering as a Client Services Manager from September 2007 to May 2009, and as a Sales Engineer at Energy Product Sales from April 2005 to September 2007. John also served as the President of Innovative Power, Inc. from January 1996 to April 2005. John's earliest work experience was as a Senior Electrical Engineer at 3M from April 1988 to January 1996.

John Oleson's education history begins in 1983 when they attended the University of Minnesota Duluth. John pursued a Pre-Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and completed this program in 1985. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Minnesota and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from 1985 to 1988. In 2009, John attended the University of St. Thomas, where they completed a Mini MBA program.
