Roy L. Wagner is an experienced professional in mechanical engineering and project management, currently serving as an Associate and Certified Commissioning Agent (CxA) at Applied Engineering Services since August 2008. In this role, Roy collaborates with Owners and Architects to develop project scopes, manage budgets, and oversee mechanical system design and commissioning. Prior to this, Roy held positions as Mechanical Department Coordinator at Fanning Howey from 1998 to 2008, Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Circle Design Group from 1982 to 1998, and Mechanical Designer at M&E Engineering from 1977 to 1981. Roy graduated from the School of Engineering and Technology at IUPUI between 1981 and 1986.
