Joel’s financial career bridges large corporations (IBM Global Services, CFO of $1 Billion Division), private company CFO roles (raised $80 Million venture capital) and managing his own consulting business since 2010, Executive Interim Management LLC. These diverse experiences provide the foundation to help aeSolutions resolve diverse performance barriers, reset leadership goals, and improve profitability.

Joel is a graduate of Clemson University (B.S. Financial Management), accomplished author (“Know Your Money” for young adults), enjoys hiking, golf, and spending time with his family.
