John Villadsen

John Villadsen has a wealth of experience in operations and management roles. John started their career at Watkins-Johnson in 1982 as VP Operations and held this position until 1999. From 1999 to 2001, they served as VP Operations at GaSonics. In 2003, they became VP Operations at Aviza Technology and successfully managed operational mergers and cost reduction strategies until 2009. John then served as Sr VP Operations at GES Services and Manufacturing from 2009 to 2012, where they led the establishment of manufacturing operations in Vietnam and grew revenue to over $10M in the first year. From 2012 to 2013, they were General Manager at Moquin Press, where they achieved significant revenue growth and identified operational savings. John subsequently held roles as VP Global Operations at Adept Technology from 2014 to 2015 and Director of Operations at Applied Engineering from 2016 to 2017. John is currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Applied Engineering.
