Paul Ganem

Paul Ganem is an accomplished engineering and quality professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering & Quality at Applied Engineering since February 2023, Paul is also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Previously, Paul held various positions at Grabit Inc., including Director of Quality and Director of Operations & Customer Support, where responsibilities included building a supply chain for high volume production. At Omron Adept Technologies, Paul progressed through several roles, ultimately becoming Director of Worldwide Service & Quality and a member of the executive team, successfully driving worldwide service revenue and operational efficiency. Paul holds a B.S. in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry University and has further education from San José State University.
