Daniel Herczeg has a strong background in software development and architecture. Daniel Herczeg began their education in 2012 at Budapest University of Technology and Economics, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2015. Daniel then pursued further studies in the same field at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree from 2015 to 2017.

Following their education in Budapest, Daniel Herczeg continued their academic journey at the University of Bremen from 2016 to 2017, where they also obtained a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Daniel Herczeg has obtained several certifications. Daniel became an ISTQB certified tester in 2018 through the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. In 2022, they obtained certifications in Matlab Simulink Model Management and Architecture as well as Matlab Embedded Coder for Production Code Generation from Gamax Laboratory Solutions. Daniel also acquired certifications in EB tresos Classic AUTOSAR and EB tresos Automotive Ethernet from Elektrobit in 2022. Most recently, in 2023, they obtained a certification in Code Generation for Classic AUTOSAR Software Components from Gamax Laboratory Solutions.
