Ryan Eckhoff

Ryan Eckhoff is an experienced Information Technology professional with a focus on service management and technical support. Currently serving as an Information Technology Service Manager at Applied Innovation since January 2020, Ryan has held various roles including AI Technologies IT Field Service Technician and positions on the Netsmart Plus Client Experience Escalations Team. Prior experience includes serving as Field Service II at K Group Companies, where responsibilities involved installing and configuring security and life safety systems, and roles at Staples that included supervising mobility and technology sales while troubleshooting customer technology issues. Ryan’s career also includes time as a Cable Technician at Aero Communications Inc. and early experience in kitchen staff roles at Kuyper College. Ryan holds an Associate’s Degree in Network Systems Administration from ITT Technical Institute.
