Senior System Engineer at Applied Insight

Michael Cole is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system engineering and helpdesk management. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at Applied Insight LLC since December 2014, Michael has expertise in configuring and maintaining core elements such as Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, and DNS, as well as setting up System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and System Center Operations Manager (SCOM). In parallel, since March 2011, Michael has been the Helpdesk Manager at Middle East Broadcasting Corp, overseeing the training and management of IT helpdesk personnel and the ticketing system. Previously, from March 2010 to March 2011, Michael held the position of Assistant Helpdesk Manager at CSC, where responsibilities included training helpdesk staff and managing technical support services for the Department of Justice. Michael holds an Associate of Science degree from Southern New Hampshire University, completed between 2015 and 2018, and has previous education from the University of Phoenix from 2008 to 2013.
