Eric Higgins

Eric Higgins has five years of work experience. In 2021, they began working as an Engineering at Applied Intuition. In 2020, they were a Software Engineer Intern at Samsara, where they developed a webpage using Go, React, and MySQL to view defects across the user’s fleet and planned and led a project to add a banner alerting the customer of vehicles with an incorrect cable. In 2019, Eric was an Undergraduate Teaching Fellow at the University of Kansas - School of Engineering, where they answered students' questions and checked answers to introductory programming problems done in-class. Eric also worked as a Software Development Engineer Intern at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where they designed, built, and wrote tests for a results cache for Amazon Redshift using C++, S3, and DynamoDB. Finally, in 2018, they were a Software Developer Intern at GTM Sportswear, where they worked with four full-time developers to develop an API to sell custom sportswear on third-party platforms.

Eric Higgins attended the University of Kansas School of Engineering from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics.
