Arvind Kolhar is an accomplished engineer with over fifteen years of experience in lean manufacturing environments, specializing in product lifecycle management, process engineering, and project management. Currently, Arvind serves as a Senior Project Manager at Applied Materials and is pursuing a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Wichita State University. Previously, Arvind held key roles at EControls, CNH Industrial, and Nikola Corporation, where significant achievements included saving $3M annually through cost-effective strategies and increasing production yield from 78.9% to 97.5%.
