Arvind Kumar

Arvind Kumar is a result-oriented technology leader currently serving as the Director of the Epitaxy Business Unit at Applied Materials. With extensive experience in tool manufacturing and semiconductor wafer fabs, they specialize in process development, integration, and high-volume yield improvement. Previously, Arvind held various leadership positions at Applied Materials and Micron Technology, where they focused on memory and CMOS technology development and successful collaborations with universities. Arvind began their career as a Research Scientist at the University of South Carolina-Columbia, contributing to the fabrication and modeling of advanced LED technologies. They are currently pursuing a PhD in Materials Science at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
