Basil Du has extensive experience in the semiconductor and solar industries, currently serving as Director of Product Marketing for the Core Product Group focused on Display and Flexible Technology at Applied Materials since March 2008. Previous positions at Applied Materials include Senior Account Sales for the c-Si Solar sector and Production Manager for the SunFab Thinfilm Solar division. Prior to this, Basil was Section Manager at Manufacturing Production Control, BJ 300MM FAB, SMIC from April 2004 to March 2008, and held a sales position at Huaqi Information Digital Technology Co., Ltd from November 2003 to March 2004. Basil holds a Bachelor's degree in Polymer Chemistry from Beijing University of Chemical Technology and completed the Certificate of Engineering Leadership Professional Program at the University of California, Berkeley in January 2023.
