Benjamin Gross

Benjamin Gross is currently the Director of DMTS in the Sustainability Center of Excellence at Applied Materials, where they lead engineering solutions that minimize energy consumption and chemical impact in semiconductor manufacturing. Previously, they held various roles, including Systems Engineer and Chemist at Applied Materials, and Technical Supply Chain Manager at Alta Devices, where they managed manufacturing costs and secured raw materials. Benjamin's experience also includes positions as a Senior Consultant at Strategic Business Insights, a Post-Doctoral Researcher at Columbia University, and a Legislative Fellow with the U.S. House of Representatives. They earned a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Columbia University and a BS in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley.
