Bhaskar Kumar

Bhaskar Kumar is currently the Director of Process Engineering at Applied Materials, specializing in display, solar, and semiconductor technologies. With over eight years of experience in R&D, process development, and thin film characterization, Bhaskar's expertise includes ALD, PECVD process development, and solar cell technology. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Solarmer Energy, Inc. and the Florida Solar Energy Center, where they contributed to advancements in organic photovoltaics and solar cell reliability. Bhaskar earned a B.Tech in Materials Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a Master’s in Material Science and Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
