Caroline Olson serves as the Managing Director of Global Rewards at Applied Materials since November 2021. Prior to this role, Caroline held the position of Director Global Compensation at Texas Instruments from October 2011 to November 2021. Caroline's earlier experience includes various roles at Dell, including Executive Compensation and Regional Compensation Partner for North America Public, from May 2006 to October 2011. Caroline began a career in compensation management as a Compensation Manager at Metaldyne from May 2001 to April 2006. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations from Colgate University, earned between 1997 and 2001.
