Chengen Wang

Chengen Wang, PhD, has a robust background in mechanical engineering, with hands-on experience in racing and advanced research. Chengen contributed to the Chassis Design Group of the Shanghai Jiao Tong University Formula Racing Team, focusing on brake system design and suspension motion analysis. At the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Chengen served as a Graduate Research Assistant, investigating energy dynamics in complex structures and gaining expertise in vibration testing and numerical simulations. Additionally, Chengen held the role of Graduate Teaching Assistant, where responsibilities included grading and adapting teaching strategies. Currently, Chengen Wang is employed as a Mechanical Engineer at Applied Materials, following the completion of a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
