Chi-Yang Cheng

Chi-Yang Cheng is a Principal Mechanical Engineer at Applied Materials, where they have worked since 2017. They possess extensive expertise in fluid dynamics, heat transfer, turbulence modeling, and finite-element analysis. Prior to their current role, Chi-Yang served as a Senior Technical Services Engineer at ANSYS, Inc. and a Senior Training Engineer at Ansys Fluent. They are currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Rhode Island, having also earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
