Chia earned their PhD in Nano-Engineering from SUNY Albany and holds a Master's in Electrical Engineering from Yale University, alongside a Bachelor's in Chemistry from National Cheng Kung University. Their extensive experience encompasses foundry management, technology development, and business development across multiple semiconductor technologies.
