Dan Meier

Dan Meier is the Director of MES Strategy at Applied Materials, bringing over 30 years of operational and management experience in manufacturing optimization, quality systems, and analytics. They have held key roles, including Manufacturing Operations Manager at Photronics and Micron Technology, where they oversaw significant initiatives in capacity planning and factory automation. As a former CTO at Factory Softworks, Dan focused on innovating manufacturing management software, integrating advanced technologies to enhance productivity. They hold three Master’s degrees across diverse fields and are currently pursuing a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering at The University of New Mexico.
